Vanilla Cake and Frosting with Raspberry Topping

Topping recipe (below):


  • 10 oz. frozen raspberries (or other berries)
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Put the raspberries in a medium bowl. Put the sugar on the raspberries. Cover. Put in refrigerator until thawed. Stir. Serve on frosted cake.
